Thank you for your interest in the Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania Energy Efficiency Rebate Program!

This Program will conclude on December 31, 2025.

To ensure your rebate application is processed, please submit the following:

• A complete and signed application
• A paid-in-full sales receipt or invoice that includes the model number of the installed measure (photos of the model number are acceptable).
  • The invoice should also include:
    • Retailer/Qualified contractor name, address, and phone number
    • Purchase date and install date
    • Purchaser name and service address
    • Itemized detail of cost, quantity and other important information such as manufacturer model name, model number, insulation type and amount, R-Value, and performance of air-sealing as applicable.
• Copy of your most recent Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania bill - preferred but not required
